Dear Sir or Madam,
Thank you for contacting online support.  Currently the hosting account is functioning properly however if you are experiencing issues with your joomla site I can provide details on backing up the database and re installing it.  If you are not referring to the JError on the root of your free-cloud-host.com site please reply with additional information so we can further investigate.

 

 

To Backup a Database

 
Log in to your Account Manager.
From the My Products section, click Web Hosting.
Next to the hosting account you want to use, click Launch.
In the Databases section of the Hosting Control Center, click the icon for the type of database you want to backup.
Click the pencil icon next to the database you would like to back up to open its edit features.
Click the Backup icon in the menu bar.
Click OK to backup your database.

NOTE: When you create a backup file using the Hosting Control Center, our system names the file using the name of the existing database. While you cannot define a filename during the backup process, you can rename a file once the process is complete.

 

 
You can check on the status of your backup from the Database Information screen.

 

 

 

To Restore a Database

 
Log in to your Account Manager.
From the My Products section, click Web Hosting.
Next to the hosting account you want to use, click Launch.
In the Databases section of the Hosting Control Center, click the icon for the type of database you want to restore.
Click the pencil icon next to the database you would like to restore to open its edit features.
Click the Restore icon in the menu bar.
Select the back up file you want to restore by clicking the radio button next to the back up file name.
Click Restore.

 
You can check on the progress of your restore from the Database Information screen.
Uninstalling an application from your hosting account is simple.
To Uninstall an Application From Your Hosting Account

 
Log in to your Account Manager.
From the My Products section, click Web Hosting.
Next to the hosting account you want to use, click Launch.
From the Content section, click Go Daddy Hosting Connection.
From the My Management section, click Manage My Applications.
Next to the application you want to uninstall, click View and manage details or Update now.
Click Uninstall Application.
Select the options to delete the files or database associated with the application.
From the Please tell us why you’re uninstalling menu, select a reason.
Type OK in the Please enter “OK” to verify… field.

 
The selected application will be removed from your hosting account. You will receive an email once the uninstall is complete.

 

 

 

 

Go Daddy Hosting Connection is an online shared hosting community through which you can install and manage many free value applications.
NOTE: We cannot provide application support after installation. For post-installation support, contact the application vendor through the website provided.
To Install Hosting Value Applications Through Go Daddy Hosting Connection

 
Log in to your Account Manager.
From the My Products section, click Web Hosting.
Next to the hosting account you want to use, click Launch.
In the Content panel of the Hosting Control Center, click the Go Daddy Hosting Connection icon. Go Daddy Hosting Connection displays.
From the Categories menu, click the category you want to view, and then click the application you want to install.
Click Install Now. This button appears only when a compatible hosting plan resides in your account. For a subscription application, click Subscribe Now.
Select the domain name you want to use and click Next.
If the value application requires a database, enter a database description and password, and then click Next.
Enter the value application installation directory. If you leave the directory blank, installation occurs in the root directory. If configuration information is required, click Next. Otherwise, click Finish.
Enter configuration information, if required. Click Finish.

今早godaddy 后台删掉joomla1.7,登陆FTP删除相应的文件。再次重装joomla1.7  恢复正常。http://www.free-cloud-host.com/
